The LIFE operational cell of the National Park is based at the headquarters of the National Park of Guadeloupe.

elle pilote les aspects techniques et scientifiques du programme, en lien avec la direction et le chef de service Patrimoines du Parc national.
Elle est responsable de la mise en ?uvre du projet et des relations internationales avec les pays donateurs de lamantins.
elle contribue à l?exécution du projet en assurant notamment sa gestion administrative et financière. En lien avec le chef de projet, elle assure la mise en ?uvre et le suivi des actions et dépenses du programme.
elle a en charge la mise en ?uvre des actions de communication, pédagogie et concertation avec les différents publics et acteurs du projet (scolaires, usagers de la baie, grand public??). En lien avec le chef de projet, elle contribue également à l’animation scientifique du programme.
He manages the Heritage department and both the LIFE and operational teams, in connection with the National Park management. He has been involved in the reintroduction project for many years.
Gestiona el servicio de Patrimonio y dirige los equipos LIFE y los equipos operacionales en contacto directo con la dirección del Parque nacional. Lleva muchos años implicado en el proyecto de reintroducción.
She manages the technical and scientific aspects of the programme, in collaboration with the management and the head of the Heritage department of the National Park. She is responsible for the implementation of the project and international relations with manatee donor countries.
Es quien dirige los aspectos técnicos y científicos del programa en contacto directo con la dirección y el jefe del servicio de Patrimonio del Parque nacional. Es la responsable de la puesta en marcha del proyecto y de las relaciones internacionales con los países donantes de manatíes.
She contributes to the implementation of the project, notably by ensuring its administrative and financial management. In collaboration with the project leader, she ensures the implementation and the monitoring of the actions and expenditures of the programme.
Contribuye a la ejecución de proyecto garantizando la gestión administrativa y financiera. En contacto directo con el jefe de proyecto, garantiza la puesta en marcha y el seguimiento de las acciones y gastos del programa.
